The Bible and Mental Health
Session 1: How My Mental Health Impacts My Faith
We will learn to take care of our mental health so that we may grow in faith and that our faith will help us through the challenges in life.
Session 2: A Legacy of Faith
The example of our personal faith will impact the next generation for good or bad. We will learn how to guide others toward God and Heaven by our personal every day example. There will be an opportunity to submit questions to our speak regarding mental health and faith. Our speaker will address some of the selected questions. We will learn Bible study techniques to support our spiritual grown and mental health.
Our speaker
We are blessed to have a sister in Christ that has the heart and background as an advanced practice psychiatric mental health provider. She is an United States Navy Nurse Corps retired commander. We look forward to introducing our speaker to you at our annual ladies day. To respect her wishes to not have a digital foot print her name will not be online nor will we be live-streaming.
